I had a love affair with my bathroom cleaner. I know it sound outlandish but I truly did. I fell in love with Scrubbing Bubbles Action Scrubber. It was this cute little lime green styrofoam handle contraption that had velcro on the bottom of it that held the "scrubbing bubble pads". These pads were filled with a nice clean but refreshing scented cleaner that foamed up after you put a little water on it. I could clean my soak tub, shower stall, 3 sinks and the tub/shower with one pad. It was a master of cleaning of soap scum and the lovely pink mildew from the lovely Berea water! There was no spraying of cleaner and using a dirty sponge to wipe things down - each pad contained enough cleaning stuff to make my bathroom sparkle!
I've noticed that over the past 6 or so months its been hard to purchase these lovely cleaning pads. When I found some at Heinen's grocery store in Avon Lake, I had to purchase the last two because who knew when and where I was going to find more. So every time I would go into the grocery store, Target, etc. I would check the cleaning aisle for my beloved bathroom cleaner. By Christmas time it was getting scarcer and scarcer - so I actually asked my husband to purchase what he could find online for me for Christmas. I think he thought I was kidding, I was really quite serious. He purchased some but didn't give them to me for Christmas. He bought me a couple months supply and I was a happy little cleaner!
I'm running low, I'm down to two cleaning pads - so I asked my husband to purchase more online (Amazon to be specific).
The other evening when he got home from work he looks at me very seriously and says to me, I think you might want to sit down for this news. My heart starts beating fast because I knew it wasn't going to be good, this news he needed to share with me.
Turns out Scrubbing Bubbles has decided to stop manufacturing, marketing and selling this product all together. So what is left on Amazon is outrageously expensive. I so want those cleaners but my husband can't bring himself to spend a ridiculous amount of money for cleaning supplies.
So my love affair has abruptly ended with these wonderful Scrubbing Bubble Action Cleaner pads. I am now sadly in search of a new product.

This is pathetic :) Really though, once you find a cleaner you like it's hard to let go. I am in love with CLR bathroom/kitchen cleaner in the spray bottle. It does a great job! Good luck.
